Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all PUSH PUSH tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
